I lost a bit of weight. I had actually gained weight since my last weigh-in a few days ago. I feel soooo much better when I work-out for at least an hour a day. Tomorrow's my rest day from Jillian's workout schedule. I'm hoping to do the 30-Day Shred dvd in the morning before breakfast. I also want to do The Biggest Loser Yoga workout in the evening. I haven't even taken it out of the wrapper yet. I was going to do the yoga workout tonight also, but I didn't want to overdo it since I'm not used to working-out.
