I hadn't done so good on my diet this week. It's not that I was eating bad stuff. My eating schedule got thrown off because my husband's aunt was visiting from Georgia. So, I had to take the kids over to my in-laws to visit. I'm thinking of skipping my cheat day this week, but I'm not sure because it's pay day on Friday and I've been craving the Chinese buffet. I might just have to skip it until hubby's days off next week. I go for my in-body on Friday. Hopefully it's not too bad.

I'm setting a mini goal for myself. I want to be below 200 lbs by the time my daughter's birthday rolls around. Her birthday is August 25th. I would also love to get my body fat percentage below 50% by the end of this month. It's currently 52%. :(

i weighed 216 this morning. i weighed myself before getting ready to head to the gym & i weighed 214.8 lbs. cool!

At the rate that I'm going, I might lose 15 lbs this month. I'm not doing anything wrong. I'm following the meal plan set up for me and working out 5-6 days a week for about an hour. The only thing that I've added is drinking fresh-brewed green tea. I have a tea maker that a friend bought me for Christmas. I'll brew some green tea and put some ice in a glass and drink it with 1 packet of Splenda. I think that's why I'm losing the weight that quick.
