So at first I was really upset that I gained a few ounces. But then I decided to think about the good things from this week. One I jogged yesterday for 53 minutes, that's a personal best. Two, I only had one Dr. Pepper a day instead of two. Three, my clothes are fitting looser so I think I am losing inches and Four, I am getting a lot of muscle in my leg and my stomach. SOOO I will choose to look at those instead of the other.
