I thought I had gained more than 5 ounces. I could have sworn that the 3 little slices of pizza on Saturday and not being able to workout had really screwed up my weight loss. I'm getting back to the way things SHOULD be today. So far, so good. I'm going to go pick up my daughter in a bit. When I get back, I'm going to have lunch and then about 4 hours after that, I'll have my snack. I'll get my workout in after my daughter goes to bed. Back to using reverse psychology starting today. LOL
