Back to work today. I have soooo much to do!!! Yesterday's doctor visit for hubby was good, he'll be off work another week and hopefully will start to really heal up and feel like himself again. Watched an interesting movie last night called "What the Bleep Do we (k)now!?" about the power of our minds and the connection between our body, brain, and reality. I'm going to work on the precept that I AM at my goal weight, envision how I feel at my goal weight, work on reprogramming my automatic thought patterns. It has been ONE MONTH today since I "woke up" to my weight status and I am down 19.4 lbs. YAY for me!!
