Just maintaining. I was losing like crazy...hit a stopping point and now I'm back to my normal routine without days off for sick kids, etc.
Despite the statgnation in weight....the bodyfat dropped to 13% so I'll take it.
No I need to drop 3 lbs and gain it in muscle which means that my diet needs to include more fuel to build the muscle I want. Here comes more protein and less milk duds! so sad! lol!
