So I thought in the interest of fairness I would weigh in today despite the weekend being nearly a complete bust. I had posted earlier that I knew it would happen so I hope no one is surprised. I'll be back on the diet again today and weigh myself in a couple of days again. This weekend was a get together with some friends that I hadn't seen since high school, and then my sons first communion so we had a large number of people at the house. In order to offset these days, I had followed the diet real strictly the couple of days before (and probably even gone beyond what the book dictated) and then both Sat. and Sun. I didn't eat much during the day and made sure to do extra exercise on Saturday. I think it worked. We'll just have to see in a couple of days if I'm back on track. Enjoy your weeks!
