No cardio this week due to wildfire smoke. I'm going to weigh in tomorrow morning as my usual wednesday weigh day. I was surprised that my weight was not higher than last week, this evening given all the stress and extra snacks. I'm trying to focus on the positives such as my health. My family survived the coronavirus in June and we plan to continue to survive. Stay safe out there everyone!
