December 1st, 2010!
Where has this year gone? It is as though yesterday was January and just a cold :) I woke up this morning to an alarm that I set (which I promptly shut off, and then realized I couldn't do that any more and reset it for half an hour later). I got out of bed much earlier than I would have liked but I did get up! I got dressed, put on my shoes, and decided that on day one I should probably follow directions instead of trying to drive to the gym so I followed along to a workout video. 30 minutes of movement before 6AM is quite an accomplishment for me. I believe that I can do this, it will just need to become a habit not just something that I do one or two days a week. To get healthy I need to make a lifestyle change not just a diet change! I can and I will do this! My goal of fitting into my skinny jeans by Christmas will become a reality!
