I am a 25 year old female who has been big most of my life. I was always heavy in high school and through college. I decided I needed to make a change when my boyfriend proposed. I wanted to look great in my wedding photos. I went with a program, Slim4Life, and lost 59lbs only to gain 10 lbs back. I started this time at 166 and my goal is to get to 150, a good healthy weight for my 5' 5" frame. I want to do this as a change for good, not just to lose and then gain it all back. I want to be happy with myself and with my body. I'm not one to deprive myself but I'd like to get to my goal. Wish me luck.
