Is time moving at an odd pace for anyone else, or is it just me? Days seem to drag, but months tend to fly.
I've been using this time to try and create new, better habits, one of which being honest tracking. Its so easy to eat prior to logging, which makes it more difficult to accurately gauge how much you had -- unless you're portioning out, which can be an issue unto itself. I've started attempting to get better at that too (the result of which is me eating out of measuring cups while getting side-eyed by the husband).
In short, nothing fancy. Tracking what I eat and tracking my exercise -- well, tracking the reasonable exercise. I know we burn calories simply by existing, but I feel like the FS estimate for things like "Sitting" (I have a desk job) are wildly inaccurate. I keep it solely to activities beyond what a 'regular' day would entail, and if I don't do anything beyond, I simply adjust my sleep based on my Pebble tracker so I can get FS to calculate my difference.
I'm grateful that both of our jobs (mine and DH's) have been able to be completed from home, and that quarantining has been no issue. I'm also grateful that we have cats rather than kids, because I don't envy any parents right now, especially those facing the difficult decision of how to proceed with their children's educations.
Stay safe and healthy, FS.
