Staying steady woo hoo! Much much much better than going up I might say! Not too difficult and I have a feeling if I don't eat the fudge that I have been after dinner I might actually lose weight. :)
My wonderful husband had to get up early this morning to travel to Denver for a meeting and I am not a morning person at all. I have to drag myself out of bed after maybe the third snooze in the morning. Anyway, he had to leave by just after six, so I got up and did 30 minutes on the elliptical! I'm a bit tired still this morning but I got it in. Yippee, hmmm, makes me wonder if it might be a good thing to just do that every morning? He has to do this again tomorrow so I will see if I am able to get up and do it. Wish me luck with the exercise and the fudge :)
