I wish I could advise on diet. I have often thought of going to a nutritionist or dietition (not sure which). One thing that always works for me in losing weight... just skip dinner. Don't eat after lunch. It takes a lot of disciplin, but I always see results.

Thanks for your reply. What you said makes sense. I always claim my RDI is too high. Unfortunately this week my diet has gone haywire. Visiting relations.
Don't you even have fruit after lunch?
