Hiya,
I have been here and many other weight-to-lose sites, but I'm still over weight. Lack of will power, no control, easily pursuaded, easily sabotaged, and I basically give up to easy. That's to name a few.
The thing is, I'm not like this in anything else I do. I'm a determine person, love working to a set goal and nobody can change my mind once I set my mind on doing something. So why do I suck at the one goal that is really important to me?
I'm an author and I work full time. I do yoga and ride my bicycle when ever I can.
