I AM BACK TO WEIGHING IN EVERYDAY AGAIN,BUT ONLY RECORDING MY LOSSES UP UNTIL SATURDAY.ON SAT I RECORD NO MATTER WHAT.LOSS OR NOT. I THINK IT HELPS ME TO DO THAT.I CAN UNDERSTAND THOUGH HOW IT WOULD GET DISCOURAGING FOR SOME,BUT FOR ME IT HELPS ME STAY FOCUSED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE DAY.TO EACH HIS OWN!8-) HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY!
68.7 公斤 最近减少: 3.4 公斤.    还有: 0.6 公斤.    饮食准则: 合理的.
一个星期减少0.2 公斤

I try to weigh every day too but only record when it's good news or once a week. Sounds the same as what you are doing. It does help me stay focused. The best purchase I ever made was a good digitial scale.

I weigh every day, too, because it doesn't bother me. I record on Sundays, and maybe on my challenge end of week day (Friday), but only if I like the number. :) Whatever works for you!

An awareness of the ups and downs is good! These variations are an absolutely, positively normal part of good health and a good life! If everything in healthy living or in life stayed the same all the time -- that sameness would be boring! Weigh in and remain aware of your own body. You'll do fine!

i didn't get a new scale for Christmas,but i did get 20$ gift card to kohl's so i will most definitely go get one here pretty soon.any suggestions on a good one? i know bethru said to get a weight watchers scale-i'll start looking at that one first.ttyl!!!!
