WTF? Why am I gaining??? this is so frustrating. . .I think it's time to phase 3. I started and restarted phase 1 due to interruptions so technicaly I have been on HCG for over 6 weeks. I guess it's time to move on. I was on my period last week. I'm doing an apple day today to see if it's water retention from my menses.
