Ha, ha, ha! I have to laugh at myself. Down one pound this week. I complained about how slow the weight loss is going because I steadily lost two pounds a week; then I only lost one pound this week. Yeah. That is too funny. I am grateful for the pound! I am grateful for the progress. I am thankful for the wonderful support from you all!
