Football game and a REally Good High School Band last night ... it was very hard being temped at all hot dogs, corn dogs and nachos the consession stand was selling.... and it all Smelled Soooo Good! Glad I brought my OWN snack!

Good for you! Those smells just bring up certain associations. Instead, if associated those smells with being overweight, stale chips, institutional cheese with fillers that comes out of a jar, dripping oil that hasn't been changed in awhile, questionable food handling practices, etc., none of us would be as tempted! I'm sure your body appreciates the healthier snacks you brought.

My hubby drives a large tour bus. He drove up to Niceville, FL and picked up the Football Team (2 buses). The BAND came in 8 (yes, I said 8) School Buses. Nicevill Won the Game.
I forgot.. what is WOE Stand for? I know what OWL is... Ongoing Weight Loss.
I've got the image of me standing on the Scale saying (in a balloon over my head) "WOE is ME!"

lol woe is me. lol WOE stands for Way of Eating. Keep that sense of humor because we all need to laugh and stay as happy as we can and with you humor, you will do great on you WOE. Talk soon.:)
