I did the apple day yesterday, man did I have to pee all day long. Still no big difference in my weight. Per the advise of the peps who sell me HCG and are very succesdul peps I will reload today and tomorrow. Funny thing is that I thought it'd be nice to eat some of the stuff I like again but I feel like whatever, even kind of like "do I have to eat that fat stuff" My mind liked the idea of reloading but it's as if my body and taste buds saying "uh uh girl friend, we don't roll that no moe" That make me happy. I hope I load well to kick start my weightloss again.
