The scale seems to stay around 150 for the last couple of months. I'm trying to eat healthy but need the time to sit down and really plan my meals, make some new healthy recipes, etc. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm in a rut! Ideally I would love to weigh 142 but would be happy with anything at or below 145.

Only about 5 more pounds to go!! You can do this!! I heard that the last 5 pounds are always the tuffest to lose.

I will spend some time this weekend in the kitchen...and try some new recipes for the freezer...I'm a real fan of grab and go...and it helps to keep me on track if things are already prepared...Cooking for one everyday is not a favorite thing of mine!! You will get back down CathyJo to your 142 - 145...I actually do much better in the winter with dieting...I am not so busy and there are fewer gatherings/dinners/BBQues to attend! Have a really good day darlin'....huggggs
