Wow, I am doing pretty poorly with the diet....:(
I was hoping that I didn't go up too much with the surgery, but I guess I am a little heavier than I wanted to be!
I am going to really have to watch the carbs now....I wasn't watching them all weekend and look what happens!
Oh well, like I said, weight gain was to be expexted a little since I was definitely not exercising and eating well. Also, you swell a lot when you have surgery as well.....
