Scary Quake weigh in #4 - still losing rapidly. Thankfully the aftershocks are getting fewer in number and usually less in intensity - although they do say we still have a 6+ magnitude possibility... I am slowly starting to eat more like normal (my Atkins normal LOL) and my stress levels are definitely decreasing apart from when I hear creaks and groans and thuds and any loud noises LOL. Still not sleeping 100% either but it is nice not to have to leap out of bed every night....

I will be starting to log my food again now things seem to be getting back to normal - and the anti anxiety meds help too LOL.

UNDERLAND - congrats on that but what a way to do it. Glad you are feeling a bit calmer and life is returning to some semblance of normal for you. Way to go on the weight loss - I guess fear is good for you - LOL!

OMG, you are in "onederland". Congratulations, but that is one hell of a way to get there, Squiggs!!! Glad that things are beginning to return to normal.
