Alrighty, so I have been making changes that I hope are lasting ones, and I haven't lost any weight. I have more energy during the day because I have been more active and have been eating healthier foods. It's time to ramp up what I'm doing though, because I do really want to lose weight. MORE exercise is needed, and more attention paid to portion sizes, with less "mess ups." It's still early enough in the season that I can still reap the benefits this summer.

BMI: 30.8 Body fat % 35.8 Arms:13.5 Bust: 42.5 Chest: 36 Waist: 37 Abdomen: 45 Hips: 46 Thighs: 27
