Hello 2020!!!
My official weight yesterday morning(06 January 2020) post festive season is 128.2kg.
This is the heaviest I have been in the last 4 years as I really let things slide over the last 6 months.
Back on track since yesterday despite being involved in an accident on Sunday and feeling super amped to lose the fat :D

I’ve followed your journey early last year but life got busy, so I thought I’d reach out. Will you be fasting again? Not sure if you still do it.
I started on the 5th of March(this year), doing a 8 hour eating window and 16 hour fasting. You like to ask you about your experience since I haven’t doing fasting for long.
