I'm doing alright, but could be a little more consistent with my eating and exercise habits.

I know what you mean! But we al have our ups and downs. Just hop back on and do well this day, then tomorrow and then the next day....!

We can all do better some days, don't let it distract you-you should read what I ate last Friday!! But, you have come so far and you seem ready and able to get right back to it. Good for you-and for your daughter who has you active along with her! You are teaching her great habits.
