In the first 17 days the weight dropped off at 1kg per week. I am now on phase II which is the Activate phase and on this phase you can introduce red meat and some carbs. Im finding that the weight drops off slower but the inches around my waist, chest, legs, hips are dropping radically as my metabolic rate speeds up and down. I have dropped 2 pants sizes and now fit comfortably in a size 14 pants and have tried on a size 12 and can get them on but have a bit of a "muffin top" hanging over them. I have gone passed the initial 5kg loss and will carry on till I reach 60kgs.
You are only meant to stay on this phase for 17 days and then go to the maintenance phase but I would prefer to lose all the weight and then go to the maintenance phase.
