Stupid soreness. I'm holding onto 2 lbs of water again. Just freaking fantastic.

Yeah, you're right. Just annoyed at the soreness and the scale number, but I know that's not the be all end all

Oh boy, does this ever sound familiar. I am RIGHT there with you, Sue. I am sore too and holding onto some weight (not sure if it's an actual gain or just due to bloating from TOM). I'm so glad today is my rest day. Hopefully this will pass for the both of us soon. =)

I don't think it's gain (or at least that's what I keep telling myself) but it's just annoying. I'm forcing myself to rest since it's now 11 pm and I'm exhausted (and just got home for the first time today.) I guess I could claim between the stairs at work and going all over campus that I did exercise in some way today. *shrug*
