feeling better.decided to stop taking my multivitamin at night,and go back to taking it after breakfast.i noticed that after i started taking it at night i would get halfway through the day and feel like crap. my sleep couldn't have been better,but i felt like i could sleep all day long,too.it just wasn't like that when i took it during the day;if i could only remember to take it!! 8-/

I have to take them in the morning also. They keep me up at night. Now you have no excuse to be lazy!

I have one of those weekly meds trays that was left over from when I had to keep track of what-I-had-when after knee surgery a couple of years ago. Now I use it to keep track of my vitamins and supplements. I keep it beside the coffee pot so that I remember to take them each morning with my breakfast. Also takes care of the "senior moments" (Did I have my vitamin yet?) LOL!
