A whole night of free drinks, thanks to Snow Queen Vodka, which sponsored the party I attended last night, and I still lost a pound. I made a conscious effort to avoid the tray-passed mini burgers and duck rolls because I knew I wanted to have a few drinks. I'm not really following Isagenix, although I am still drinking the shakes and having the bars for breakfast most morning, but the diet has really helped me overhaul my eating habits. Now, my diet is balance. Plan and simple. I hope everyone else is achieving similar success.
