Finally. It is Friday!!
Woke up 30 minutes early. Guess that's cause I went to bed 30 minutes early. I wonder sometimes if I'll EVER be able to sleep in again!!! Oh well ... no worries ... just means I have more time for COFFEE!!!!
So hear I sit, sipping my grapefruit-orange juice, pondering the contents of this journal today. Oh ... here's some exciting news!!! I heard on the radio yesterday The Cowboy Junkies will be in Spokane in April ... bought us tickets!!! The last concert we went to was the Bodeans, here in Sandpoint, back in June I think of last year. Oh no. That's a lie. We went to the Festival at Sandpoint last summer and saw Allison Krauss and Union Station in August. Well anyway, we both love live music so it will be fun.
I have a coffee meeting with a colleague from another agency this morning and one visit with a family. I am working just with the mom not with the kids ... more focused on adult issues so that's less complicated than coaching parents with their kids. Then just catching up, not sure if I'll come home and work on my training or stay in the office and catch up on other things ... will cross that bridge when I get to it!!
The weekend contains the Superbowl game, household chores, and a drive to Spokane to return the battery cores. Oh ... DH told me last night he is CRAVING meat ... so a meal at Texas Roadhouse Grill may also be in my future on Monday ... we shall see.

Meeting a beautiful newborn baby girl and her family yesterday.
I'm sure there is much more that I am grateful for but my brain fails me this morning!! I am continuing to practice kindness to myself, mindful of each moment, practicing patience as well. Remembering to breathe in and out and that I do not need to respond immediately to every upsetting moment. Have a wonderful Friday. See you!!! Take care!!
