Im what you call a diet junkie. I go from diet to diet and spend so much money on starting low carb tomorrow lol. Im so over it. I have been doing my own thing of of adding more produce, more water, and slowing down my eating. Its weds and I have lost 5 pounds since monday. Im happier when I get to chose whatever I want to eat. I have the exercise down, I actually love to workout.
