So 153 days ago was my last weigh in... a bunch had happened. I've done some traveling, lost my job, got a new job, worked on the farm, helped some friends, and tried to have some sort of life... Ish.
I know I was heavier than what my weigh-in says today so a 3lb hike is pleasantly surprising.
I'm really just trying not to get overwhelmed with breaking old habits... omg.
If I could only turn down a dadgum doughnut!!!
I'm great when I plain my meals.. I stick to my lunch like a pro when I'm at work... bring in a apple fritter and I am done for. Thank GOD it's not every morning or I'd be back at 300.
I really get what Paul was saying in the Bible when he said " the things I aught not to do, I do. And the things I should do, I don't."
Story. Of. My. Life.
Lord, I believe I can lose this weight, but Help my unbelief.

Drink some water, plain those meals and keep on keeping on my friends!!
