Hi everyone - crazy year -
I have not weighed in in many months -
Birthday is Saturday so I want to see where I'm at -
A little too much beer, too much ice cream lately so I think it might be bad -
Oh well, time to get back up and monitor my weight loss -
I just wanted to say hi - Miss all of my friends on here and I have been really bad not keeping in touch -

Proud of everyone doing it , trying it and well caring about not only themselves but family and friends around them - It is a big reason I want to stay on the bandwagon -
