As luck would have it, Jim S just released a new program called PSH (power strength hypertrophy) that will be available Monday. The timing is perfect for the end of my current routine so I’ll be looking forward to that.
On another note we’re driving our son back to college on Friday so that’ll be bittersweet. Still going to stick to the plan AMAP.
