Day 17(? Okay, I lost count):
I'm back on track. Stuck to the diet and lost another 2lbs (almost). I'm officially lighter now than I have been in 2 years. :) I can see the changes in the mirror too. Yeah, I'm still fat, but I don't feel like I'd roll for 2 miles if I fell down a hill.
Used my crock-pot for the first time last night. Slow-cooked some chicken. I had to get up at 1am to pull it out of the cooker though. Need to plan these things better. LOL Another downside of that is that I couldn't eat it fresh out of the crock-pot. I had some for breakfast this morning and it tasted pretty good cold. Taking some to work so I can heat it up. My microwave is on the fritz.
