I'm hitting a big Speed Bump and rolling Back =/ Doing P90x and BootCamp...and I'm not losing it..just gotta keep on track no more cheat days. I was doing so good. Will I ever see 125.0 I think that's my first goal. We'll see if I hit 120. That would be absolutely AWESOME!!! Can't wait I'm adjusting my weight goal to 120. Cuz 115 is simply does not look like it's in my future.

People get off track, it's normal :-) Staying off track is easy, but getting back on track and sticking with it and finishing your challenges is where your will see the progress and that is what counts, so kuddos to you!! I just finished P90X; this is my 2nd shot at it, 1st time took about 5 mths, this time completed in 90 days! :-). I feel great! I was reading your profile and I too plan on running my first 1/2 marathon. I just joined a fit group to train with starting next Saturday. Marathon is not until Jan 16, 2011. I expect to be ready by then, haha! So did you run your first 1/2 in June?? How was it??...any tips?? Good luck on P90X and BootCamp; both at the same time is crazy and awesome at the same time!!

P90X is insane and I applaud anyone and everyone who has tried it and finished it. So well done to you BOTH!! But Linda, don't change your goal weight because you feel you cannot reach it. YOU CAN and YOU WILL!!! I just takes time and effort, which you are doing well at. Keep it up!!!

oh and I didn't mean insane to sound negative at all. I really admire those who can do it, because I tried and couldn't get past the warm-ups :D

Patience0406, My first try w/ P90X, the warm ups were tough, haha! Still are. First try with P90X I hated them, started skipping them as times, which is not a good thing, especially working out in the AM. This time around, I feel I did it right, and have seen the benefits of warming up and stretching before AND after workouts. Now, I will not even go for a 20 min run w/o stretching for atleast 15 min. Lindita580, I also agree with patience0406, with your continued determination AND dedication you will reach your goal of 115. Just know your journey may consist of a bumpy road or a few detours now and then (it happens), but just stay with it and you'll get there!! Good luck!
