well i havent really been following the fat smash diet for a while. i pretty much eat what i want, no fastfood or sweets, and exercise and i have been losing weight and inches off my waist. i just eat smaller portions and i make sure to eat at least 3 times a day. i was staying at 165 for a while and couldnt break through, but now i have and im so excited. 8 more lbs. to lose and ill be happy!!
