Not bad for eating out twice yesterday. I was over my calorie intake goal by 135 due to dipping into some almond bark pretzels. That no-no put me over, but in hind sight, I could also have avoided 360 calories by simply drinking water rather than the orange juice at breakfast and the 2 Arnie Palmers at lunch. Note to self: drink water when dining out.
