Damnit, I hate trying to lose weight.

It sucks regardless of where you are in the journey...ask anyone here who is at the maintenance stage and they will tell you the same thing! I am super happy that I am losing like crazy but it is H-A-R-D!!! There are hoops to jump through at every stage. I sympathize, I really do!! We are all here (FS) because we want to do better! Try that article out for size, snoop around peoples cook books and see what they are eating that sounds good to you and if all fails, reach out and ask for help!! We all want to see you succeed!

Yes!! It's a test in patience! You will lose weight though if you follow any type of diet. Our bodies respond quite ingeniously to change. So change the way you eat and what you eat and the weight will come down. Move around more.
