Made it through Thanksgiving on plan - first time ever!! Made special low carb side dishes for me and other high carb items did not phase me at all. Even cooked pecan pie & 4 layer chocolate cake!! Weight loss is slow but steady. Better to lose then gain!! This is a lifestyle change no quick fix!! Increasing my coconut oil & water intake - hope to see some results next week. 9 days till my big trip will really need help to stay on plan while traveling 7 days. I can do it if all of the events were in my control but when traveling with others it can be a challenge but I'm up for it!!
