did reasonably well with staying on track. Just stopped to think about what i was eating, and why. Hunger, illness, boredom, stress, etc. What else? Last night i sliced some cabbage into thin wedges, wrapped them in bacon, peppered them and baked them (30-40@375) and brought some for snacking at work today. Yesterday i went to the local cafe and got A NICE SALAD. Then i was offered Pizza! and i ate the salad! Stopped to think about it and did very well with my choices. Planned ahead a little, bought brown rice instead of white I also make my own dog food now because my dog got sick (and is in recovery) so i am forced to cook. Thst is a bonus, but my poor poor puppy.
