I think this is my fifth day back recording weight, exercise, and food. It is my first fluctuation up on the scale. I did stay within my RDI. I drank water and tea. I did get closer to my recommended RDI yesterday than my first few days but that shouldn't have made a difference on the scale. I never did Pilates yesterday though ... But again that's not a huge calorie burner. Go figure. Fluctuations happen.

I've yet to take a close look at my dog's hind end this morning. I thought perhaps coffee might come first. Will put a warm compress again on the wound and keep it clean.

Okay. Grateful.

Hubby appears to have had a decent night's sleep ... YEA!

Good Earth tea.

Slept okay myself! Nice.

Nice, dry firewood for the wood stove.

I'm not yet quite awake! Coffee is perking but not yet waking me up. Another day of doing my best to practice kindness towards myself and dwell on what I am grateful for. Take care. Enjoy your day!

I hope Blue's wound is nothing serious and will heal very soon. Dogs are pretty good at healing fast, as long as there is no infection he is safe... Have a relaxing and happy Sunday!
