Okay, so that's not bad. Only a pound weight gain... since devouring brownies and all kinds of bad carbs. It's a good thing I didn't eat much of a dinner last night, and started back up on my Phase 1. I think I AM going to do it for another week or so.. I need to.
As for my previous weigh in.. When I first did it.. it said 282.. but then 10 minutes later (I still didn't eat anything or drink), it said 286.4 So I'm just going to stick with the 286.. So, in reality, I only lost 6 pounds, not 10.. and then gained 1 more. That's okay. I can accept it. :) Just as long as it stays in the 280 range and not in the 290 range, I'm FINE. :)
