Well done! Better to carry a bit of muscle than fat, you've come so far already - its that last bit of weight thats the hardest to shift. Good luck .

Just saw your profile tony and as if I wasn’t already inspired on here I most certainly am now. Loved reading through your previous posts. Giving it a good go here. First weigh in Sunday and hoping for a loss. Calorie counting seems to be working so far. Just trying to get into new habits. Thing is when you bother to make something fresh my god it’s much more fulfilling than something processed. Keep going!

Well you certainly have so thank you for sharing. I’m 33 but far too heavy and now with a daughter and wife I want to be here for as long as I can. Hopefully a better lifestyle helps. Trying hard.
