i was eating supper last night, and i was like,"portion control? what portion control?!" i think i did well on my ab's yesterday,though. i got up this morning and the muscles were tight and it felt so good to stretch them.so...i really need to work on my portions!
73.2 公斤 最近减少: 1.6 公斤.    还有: 9.7 公斤.    饮食准则: 低.

My hubby had a really hard time when we started weight watchers, because his portion concept was SOOO out of whack! But he works at a restaurant, and we all know how huge the portion sizes are eating out! Good on the abs though!
