Good morning!
I did great yesterday.
I went WELL under my calories, and had no issues with being at hungry, at all.
Today I will have a more reasonable calorie intake, going closer to the RDI I am supposed to be at.
Tonight is rock'n'roll with the 'Nuts, and I'm really looking forward to it. Come on, weekend - what are you waiting for?
Today I'm thankful for: - New found focus. It's still working. Down 4 lbs since yesterday, and already feeling better. - NO urge for sugar. I'm staying away from the 4 whites, and it seems to do the trick. - Morning coffee and time for relax in the morning before an easy day at work. No interviews, just a few letters to be sent. Home early.
