Good morning, Fatsecret!
My new focus is still go. I did great yesterday, only eating my meals and that's it! No snacks, not even the healthy ones. :) No need to consume calories if I don't feel that my body wants to. I'll eat when I'm hungry, but of course have my breakfast no matter.
So, I am shocked - but not surprised - to see that the weight went up again. The stress got to me over the last week or so, and even when I did good, I think I didn't care to do enough.
Focus is back though, and this will be a small hurdle.
Today I have all food planned out. I will stay away from Thursday's Cake at work. I am determined.
