I've decided that I need to start looking at non-scale victories more frequently than I have in the past, because there are days where I notice I look better and my clothes fit better. I'm also working on getting back to fully tracking everything like I used to years ago, all of it recorded BEFORE being ingested.

It's also helpful that the holidays/my birthday are over and done with, and most of the difficult to resist foods are long gone.

When it comes down to it the scale only presents you a number, (I know seeing the number drop is important!!!!! Lol) but the bigger picture is seeing your belt get bigger, old clothes fit again, feeling great and gaining confidence back. Happy New Year!
