Happy New Year to you all!!

Been a coons age since I've posted anything, once you get out of habit it's hard getting back, hopefully I can say I'll have better luck this time.
Having a 3lb drop since the last time I really weighed in means a lot to me. I have been up and down several times since my last weigh in, so being back from Christmas / New year vaca and seeing the scales this morning was... pardon the pun... HUGE!!
Being back on pretty tight Keto the day I go home helped. Also, while I was on vaca in Gulf Shores, AL I actually did better than I expected. We rented a condo and made our own breakfast, eggs, beacon, sausage, coffee, and the occasional english muffin. Yes, some jelly and cream cheese was involved. Lol. But, we usually didn't eat until late afternoon or early evening for the main meal out and if I snacked at night it was small. Plus I kept a tight watch on water intake to make sure I got enough. I don't know what I weighed after vaca, honestly, I was afraid to look. About a week before I was still hanging at 285... So, a 3lb drop almost put me on the floor this morning. What a way to start a new year! Hope everyone gets great results on all their hard work!!
