God I love my abs when I get into the low 120's!!
I had my free day yesterday and it was wonderful not to have to worry about calories all day long! We had a marvelous day by the pool, shopping, cooking old favorites, and snuggling up for a movie after watching the sunset in the hammock. It doesn't get any better than that!
My goal was to hit Monday at 123 and continue on down to 119. I think we are looking good if I stay nice and hydrated today.
